LiveWell Kids Program and your school are helping your kids start the year off "strong". 7 out of the 8 schools are participating in 8-minute Morning Activities FOUR days a week! Watch your kids in action or join in on these energizing activities to start your day out right. Students perform exercises such as, The Michael Phelps, Crazy Jacks, Mountain Climbers, Downward Dog and many more.

Why are students exercising first thing in the morning?
Here are just a couple of reasons:
